Got liposuction here about a year ago & still in love with my results. Great staff & great doctor. Very professional, but also makes you feel like you’re safe with them. They really treat you like family.

Dr LaPuerta is very efficient in getting your cosmetic concerns handled. I loved everyone in the office. I felt like they went beyond for my comfort and ease. Whenever I had a follow up appt. I was in and out. If I had a concern, Dr LaPuerta would say, I can take care of that for you right away. All you need is this ointment, I am calling it in right now.

I had a neck and face lift with upper and lower blepharoplasty.

My first night was a bit uncomfortable because of my throat being a bit swollen from the tubes. My husband called the Dr directly and he made sure my needs and comfort level were all met before he hung up.

I’ve gotten two separate surgeries here. Lipo at the beginning of last year and breast augmentation at the end of the year and both went so great! I had the best experience with Dr. Lapuerta and his staff from beginning to end. I’ve dreamed of a rinoplasty my entire life and finding this location and doctor gave me the courage to go forward. Everyone was attentive and understanding of my fears and appointment requirements(late appointments with 2 kids in tow). I booked my surgery the same day as my consultation. I immediately felt comfortable. Surgery went beautifully, no unexpecteds and I was in and out exactly on time. I had 7 days with cast then a post op where all was removed and I could more or less go back to normal while I continued healing. My nose gets prettier by the day. This was the best decision I’ve ever made ! (I recommend having some help for up to 3 days if you should have children with you at home) Good luck!

I am 51 years old and I had eye surgery to remove excess skin above and below my eyes… the surgery was exactly what I needed for a fresh new look!

I originally met Dr. La Puerta 5 years ago when wanting a rhinoplasty. Even back then his bedside matter and staff were great. Even as time has gone by I am still happy with the way my nose looks. So natrually when I was wanting a mommy makeover I came back to see Dr. La Puerta. It’s been 3 months since my surgery and I am already extremely happy with my results. Him and his nurses always got back to me quickly regarding questions after the surgery, which I really appreciated. He does great work and I highly recommend him.

From the point that I scheduled my initial consultation, the staff has been amazing! I emailed Brandi, the patient consultant, back and forth with questions. She emailed me back promptly answering them each and every time. She was very helpful. I was originally referred by a good friend of mine and let me tell you hands down the BEST!! From the moment you walk in for your consult to the very end when you’ve had your procedure including post care.

I am very pleased with the results from my operation. After having 3 kids, I wanted to fix an umbilical hernia that left my belly with a weird lump, as well as to get breast augmentation, which I explained Dr. LaPuerta that I wanted it to be as natural looking as possible.

It’s only been one month after surgery and the scars are already looking very subtle, and the breast are starting to have a more natural look.

On my first visit I was feeling a little nervous as this was something completely out of my comfort zone, but Dr. LaPuerta and his staff are always super attentive and make you feel very confortable. Brandi was super helpful during the whole process (before and after), and I could always go back to her with questions or concerns, which she addressed promptly.

I am always on the run with work, and on my post-op visits I could be in-and-out very quick as they are very efficient, but they also took their time when I came with questions, so I never felt rushed nor had to wait for a long time to get back to the office. Best Botox and fillers from Dr Lapuerta! I have been to a few Dr.’s in the Houston/Webster area and Dr Lapuerta has provided me the best results! The  office staff is also so friendly! Unfortunately, I did suffer from complications after surgery, but I was well informed and prepared to proceed with what in my opinion will be a life changing decision. A co-worker had gone to a different surgeon and her nipples looked like couch buttons. I sent her to Dr. Lapuerta and he worked to make her breasts look like they should. Unfortunately, when you’ve been butchered by someone else it’s not easy.

I’ve seen posts from those who weren’t happy with the results. Did the doctor not do his job or are you a patient who would never be satisified with yourself esteem. Too many people are unhappy with their looks nowadays.

Dr. Lapuerta, Brandi, Residents and staff were all wonderful. I had a big surgery that included thigh lift, arm lift and mini tummy tuck all at the same time. Everyone kept me informed, up to date with my progress, and comfortable. My surgeries went very well, minimal pain and left me with absolutely no regrets.

I know from working with his office that he has the utmost respect for his patients and does his best to offer them the best treatment and recommends the most effective medication. Price is something he considers and he always gives patients an alternative to the higher priced products. They may not be the exact same, but will have similar results. His priority is making sure patients are satisfied with their procedures and their treatment! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Leo Lapuerta and his whole staff. He was the first and only doctor I consulted with because I knew he was the one to do it. He gave his honest advice on the procedures I had in mine and didn’t just say sure to do the service and get the money. He really looks out for your best interest and ending results. The staff is amazing. Very easy and comfortable to talk to. I saw Brandi on most preop visits and she really took her time with me and let me make extra appointments towards the surgery when I was getting nervous. The price is very upfront. It covered the procedure from the first consultation to the last post op. Amazing work. Dr. Leo Lapuerta and his staff take pride in their work. I would definitely refer anyone to him

“On the off chance that someone Yelps their plastic surgeon, I’d like to offer my deepest respects to this doctor. I had my reservations at first. I’ve always visited a female gyno for similar reasons, and it was a bit difficult for me to come to terms that I may be getting breast surgery from a man.I’m so glad that I chose him for my surgery. I had requested information from several Houston plastic surgeons, male and female, letting them know that I believed I may have a mild form of breast hypoplasia(tubular) breasts and that if I did I needed someone who knew what they were doing in regards to that.I’m so glad I went with Dr. Lapuerta. Really. I drove in from Greenspoint(where I live) some days, and some days I drove in from the Energy Corridor(where I work) and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.I’m about 5 weeks post op, and he was the one that caught that the IV antibiotic that the nurse was giving me was too close to the one that I’m allergic to and we didn’t know my reaction to it(my mom had always just said I was allergic to it).For the first time in my life, I have cleavage. I’m still in a Fruit of the Loom sport bra(per the nurse), but I look down and instead of the tiny A cups that didn’t fill up anything, I see flesh. I see cleavage. I see a woman. I’m a curvy woman as is, but when your breasts don’t form the way you would expect(my mom and sister are both above G cups and looking at reductions).My only issue now is patience. I’m nulliparous. Dr. Lapuerta was very understanding that I wanted to see results, but I feel like he knows what he’s talking about. Right now, I’m waiting on the implants to drop, which he said could take up to six months since I’ve had no kids, so for now, I have what myself and my boyfriend affectionately refer to as “linebacker boobs.”I’m so impatient, but I know it’s going to be worth it. My scars are minimal. Especially since I think I chose the biggest implant that my body could handle. I’m so happy. Really.They give you his cell phone number if you need something, which thankfully I haven’t(and I don’t think I will) but he is clinical without being unapproachable if that makes sense. Like, I never felt uncomfortable with him, even as he’s got a measuring tape at parts of my body that have been seen by literally 6 people(not including whoever was in the operating room). It may be a bit of a wait, because he is fantastic. He is worth the wait. In two weeks, I’ll do my first bit of exercise post-op(a 1.5k walk) and I’ll start back on my diet. Once I reach my goal weight and tone, I may be back if my skin doesn’t pop back within a year. I hear you’re supposed to give your skin 18 months to pop back after weight loss, but if it doesn’t, I’m back with him for the tummy tuck.I know this review is like a book and I’m so sorry, but I’ve had two doctors in my life that that trust as much as this man, and the other was my gyno who retired. If you are thinking of any cosmetic procedure, check him out. Sure his website is kind of gimmicky, but he’s worth it. I deeply encourage you to at least have a consult with him. He’s amazing. I wish I could get my mom and sister in from Mississippi in to do reductions with him, he’s really that awesome. Give them a call. Brandi is who I spoke to(and emailed with) to get the ball rolling, but the entire staff is top notch.It’s the turn in after the school. Just so you don’t get lost(I did the first time). :)”

I have been seeing Dr Lapuerta for several years for botox and have always been pleased with my end result. I like that he is conservative and listens to my expected outcome and has always delivered. I decided to take the plunge and try Juvederm – and wow! He was gentle answered all my questions and I couldn’t be more pleased.
