Breast Revision

This patient was diagnosed with tubular breasts at an earlier age. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and as a first stage, he recommended using a small implant to stretch the breast skin out. A few years later the patient consulted with Dr. Lapuerta again for a second procedure to exchange her implants to a larger implant. Over the years she became unhappy with the large size and wanted to lift the breasts and decrease her breast size. Dr. Lapuerta performed and implant exchange and breast lift to give the patient her desired results.
