Implant Exchange from Saline to Silicone with Internal Bra
This young patient had breast augmentation many years ago. She had saline implants placed 19 years ago. She had 3 children and wanted to change her implants to silicone, go bigger and achieve upper pole fullness. After meeting with Dr. Lapuerta, he recommended to use an internal bra to hold her new implants in place for prevention of bottoming out in the future. The patient is thin so he also recommended silicone implants to reduce the risk of rippling of the implant. 1 year after her surgery, she is very happy with her results and loves the placement of the implants.
